用 途
美孚派路830可應(yīng)用於干燥爐及拉幅機(jī)架上的高溫輸送鏈條。此類機(jī)器通常用于制造玻璃纖維、石棉度及碎料板的連續(xù)生產(chǎn)程序可應(yīng)用于溫度不高于230°C之鏈條。 潤滑方法可用機(jī)噴法或手掃法。改用本產(chǎn)品時(shí),須先將鏈條徹底清理， 以免舊有積炭影響潤滑效果。噴射器噴咀亦須清理并加以調(diào)較,使?jié)櫥湍車娚潇舵湕l鉚釘上。噴射數(shù)量亦要適度控制以防止產(chǎn)生積垢及減少耗油量。

Product Descr1ption
Mobil Pyrloube 830 is a fully synthetic lubricant based on a carefully balanced blend of high molecular weight hydr℃arbons and an ester based fluid. It has been developed for use on hot conveyor chain applications in drying ovens. Its outstanding oxidation stability has been demonstrated in extensive field service. Mobil Pyrolube 830 provides less coke formation and extended chain cleaning intervals compared to mineral oil and solid type chain lubricants.

Application
Mobil Pyrolube 830 is suitable for the lubrication of hot conveyor chains in drying ovens and tenter frames. This equipment is commonly found in the manufacturing of glass fiber and r℃k wool mats and the continuous production of particleboards. The lubricant can be fed automatically to the chain by nozzle pipes or it can be applied by hand using a brush. Before changing to Mobil Pyrolube 830 the chain should be cleaned since deposits from the product previously in use could prevent proper lubrication. Application nozzles should also be free from deposits and properly positioned to deliver the product to the chain rivets. Lubricant feed rates must be monitored to prevent deposit formation and reduce consumption.
